History

Zalik Academy embarked on its journey in 2018 under the guidance of Ezza, a dedicated early childhood educator. Armed with a Master’s of Teaching obtained in 2020, Ezza confronted the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Amidst global shutdowns, a mother from Bradford sought academic support from Ezza, catalyzing the inception of Zalik Academy.

What began with one student burgeoned into a thriving venture, buoyed by the encouragement of Ezza’s business-driven husband. With the unwavering support of her family’s blessings and prayers, Zalik Academy emerged as a beacon of educational innovation. Over four years, now transitioning into its fifth, Zalik Academy flourished under Ezza’s guidance, extending its reach across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Beyond traditional academics, Ezza recognized the importance of holistic development. With the unwavering support of her husband, she spearheaded the organization and coordination of sports programs and academic initiatives. These endeavors underscored the significance of public speaking, STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics), and other essential skills in shaping well-rounded individuals.

In crafting the curriculum, Ezza and her husband ensured a comprehensive approach that transcended mere textbooks. Through sports programs, students imbibed lessons of teamwork, discipline, and resilience. In academic pursuits, the emphasis on STEAM education prepared students for the demands of a rapidly evolving world.

Ezza’s vision for Zalik Academy was clear: to equip the next generation of learners with the tools and resources essential for maximizing their potential. By instilling values of public speaking, STEAM education, and holistic development, Ezza aimed to nurture confident, innovative, and socially conscious leaders poised to shape the future.
